Purposes: Establishment and performance of ticket sales (order, payment, e-ticket/QR, access control), customer relations (cancellation/refund/postponement), finance-accounting and regulatory compliance (invoice/tax), campaign/announcement (e-mail/SMS) if there is explicit consent, site security and basic statistics (mandatory cookies).

Legal Reasons: KVKK Article 5/2 (contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, establishment of right) and Article 5/1 (explicit consent) when necessary. Commercial messages are sent with approval in accordance with Law No. 6563.

Data Categories: Identity (name-surname), contact (e-mail, GSM), transaction (order/ticket), financial (amount, date — card data is not in PolonezCity, but in QNB Finansbank Virtual POS processed on it), technical data (IP, device/cookie).

Transfers: QNB Finansbank (virtual POS), e-ticket/QR and SMS/e-mail suppliers, event area/organization units (participant list as needed), legal authorities.

International Transfer: Analytical/advertising cookies are not used at this time; if it is put into effect in the future, the transfer mechanism and/or explicit consent in accordance with the KVKK is applied.

Collection Method: web/mobile interfaces, call center, cookies.

Storage: Order/finance 10 years; customer support 3 years; until the commercial message consent is withdrawn; by type of cookies.

Rights (KVKK art.11): Access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, data portability.

Distance Sales Agreement (Event Ticket)

Vendor/Service Provider: PolonezCity

Buyer: The consumer who makes transactions through the site.

Topic: Ticket sales service for participation in the event with specific date/time/place information.

Right of Withdrawal: None — Distance Contracts Regulation art.15/1-(g).

Payment & Invoice: Payments QNB Finansbank Virtual POS ; e-invoice/e-archive by e-mail.

Delivery: E-ticket/QR; "My Account" and via email.

Cancellation/Refund/Modification: Refund in case of organizer cancellation; The ticket may remain valid in case of postponement, the refund option is announced separately. The refund principles of service/transaction fees are in the "Cancellation-Refund Policy".

Usage Rules: The ticket is personalized; not for copy/resale; ID/age check can be done at the entrance.

Law/Jurisdiction: Turkish law; Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in consumer transactions.

• Cancellation/Refund: "Cancellation-Refund Policy" applies.

Terms of Use & Membership Agreement

Account and Security: The accuracy and confidentiality of the information is the responsibility of the user; Unauthorised use requires immediate notification.

Age Limit: General use 18+; Event-based age restrictions are announced separately.

Prohibited Behaviors: Copying, reselling, buying by bot, abuse of the system is prohibited; In case of violation, the account may be suspended, the ticket may be canceled.

Content/Intellectual Property: Text/images on the site cannot be used without permission.

Delivery of Service: There may be temporary downtime for maintenance/safety reasons; Consumer rights are reserved.

Third Parties: Payment QNB Finansbank Virtual POS and can be provided with authorized suppliers; their policies apply.

Cancellation – Refund – Change Policy

General: Ticket sales It is certain ; Pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the MSY, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal.

Event Cancellation: The ticket price is refunded; process/method is announced according to the purchasing channel.

Postponement/Change of Location: The ticket may be valid on the new date; Those who do not want to are offered a refund option.

Service/Transaction Fee: If applicable, it is shown before payment; Return principles are specified at the time of order and on this page.

Lost/Stolen/Misuse: Rearrangement may not be made for security reasons.

Commercial Electronic Message Approval & Clarification

"Campaigns, event announcements and personalized offers email/SMS to be sent via I give my consent .”

Withdrawal of Consent: Free and immediately; "CANCEL" for SMS, "unsubscribe" for email. Your consent is recorded in the IYS.
